Dr. Issa's office is a tightly-run ship. The friendly staff adheres to appointment times--a rarity. Blood work is done in-house which saves time. The good Doctor has an engaging personality and takes the time to explain things completely.

The appointment with Dr. Bradley was arranged immediately. She listened to the issue (bruised ribs) and offered good advice. And, of course, the usual quick check was performed.

Dr. Bradley has been my primary care physician for seven years. Early in our relationship, she alerted me to a significant problem with my heart's mitral valve. She guided me in selecting a surgeon, and the surgery was very successful. More recently, she detected a problem with my lungs and helped direct me to a pulmonologist. As an internist-cardiologist, she is very knowledgeable in her specialty as well as areas of general practice.

Dr. Jacqueline Bradley has been my and my husband's physician for over 5 years. Dr. Bradley is unique in that she is trained in and excels in 'narrative medicine,' which involves a commitment to understanding patients' lives, caring for the caregivers and giving voice to the suffering. She has highly developed listening skills to better understand and connect with patients. In addition to being highly skilled and trained in her profession, she is always available to her patients. As a result, Dr. Bradley delivers more humanistic health care which is sorely lacking in medicine today. Our family loves Dr. Bradley.

Dr Issa is thorough, attentive, and provides highly professional and superlative care.
