Coral Gables Cardiology Associates, P.A. is a concierge medical practice. Our patients receive individualized care, significant time with their physicians during appointments, same-day medical appointments for patients who need to be seen, and also 24-hour physician availability for medical issues. We also serve as hospitalists for our patients at South Miami Hospital and Doctors Hospital, managing their hospital care.

In order to provide this level of care, our practice uses a concierge medicine model for all of our patients. Our concierge approach includes:
• Our most important resource: consultation time with your physician;
• A dedicated support staff providing attention to your care;
• Our best efforts to provide same-day appointments when medically necessary
• Hospital visits at South Miami Hospital or Doctors Hospital
• Emergency room coordination and care at Doctors Hospital or South Miami Hospital when possible
• Availability of onsite laboratory and equipment for certain types of testing
• Evening and weekend availability of your doctor or one of our other practice on-call physicians.

As board-certified internists, we provide full patient exams and coordinate care with other specialists as needed. Because our physicians are also board-certified cardiologists, our practice also provides cardiovascular disease specialization and testing. Our office has a cardiovascular imaging lab and conducts echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, carotids, and abdominal aortic aneurism exams in house.
